Working life at St Anne's
What is it like to be a member of staff at St Anne's? Well, in the same way that we want our students to reach their full potential, it's the same with our staff. We take staff voice very seriously, sampled each year through a whole staff survey (teaching and support) and an action plan is generated out of it. A staff wellbeing group meets once per half term with an opportunity to put the Headteacher on the spot - and with honesty at the core.
We support our staff with participation in all NPQ programmes - ML, SL and H. Line management meetings are always calendared with a clear agenda so that your time isn't wasted.
It's why our staff turnover in summer 2020 was just 2%.
